Alliance Names Hartsdale Man Senior VP Of Operations

HARTSDALE, N.Y. -- Alliance Residential Co., one of the largest private U.S. multifamily housing companies, recently appointed Brad Hamel of Hartsdale senior vice president of operations for the Northeast and Southeast.

Hamel will be responsible for the oversight and expansion of the company’s portfolio in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Additionally, he will supervise operations for more than 5,000 units in the Southeast region.

"Brad is an important addition as we expand into the Northeast," Brad Cribbins, chief operating officer and executive vice president, said in a statement. "His leadership complements our strategy well. Brad's background in business development and operations, coupled with key relationships with institutions, equity sources and independent buyers in this region, offer immediate credibility."

Hamel has more than 14 years of multifamily experience, starting his career at Gables Residential in Atlanta.

Before joining Alliance, Hamel directed business development activities for Riverstone Residential Group throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.

Hamel attended Pennsylvania State University.
