GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- A development company is seeking approval from the Greenburgh Town Board for a special use permit to build an assisted living facility, according to the Westchester County Business Journal.

RAKS Corp. is looking to build a 113-unit facility on a 5.3 acre parcel at North High Street and North Lawrence Avenue. The special permit is required because the land is currently zoned for single family residences, WCBJ reported.
