Enterprising Scarsdale teens Marc and Michael Guberti - the brainchildren behind Teenager Entrepreneur, “a movement that educates and empowers teenagers worldwide to take their passions and convert them into products” - have announced this year’s Empowerment Camp, which is behind held this month at university’s campus.

The Guberti brothers have partnered with various corporations and business owners to help organize a fully-functioning camp to provide eager, youthful, potential entrepreneurs a unique opportunity that they may not have otherwise enjoyed.

According to Michael, 19, the camp is designed “to inspire and instruct students who want to be an incredible entrepreneur, or the most valuable employee at their company.” The brothers have been hard at work for months, putting together all of the details needed to run an operational, successful program.

“This driving force to elevate our peers gave us the motivation to handle the project’s operational elements,” he added. “These included coordinating the room space, working with campus security to direct our students to the event, syncing the presentation technology, empowering the students at youth organizations, acquiring sponsorships and marketing the program.”

The brothers had plans to expand their business to include several Westchester County schools, summer tours in the area and they are in talks to partner with legendary New York Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter’s Turn 2 Foundation.

“Our mission is to empower humanity’s greatest asset - youth. When you clearly and openly state that to the world, the right people who resonate with your purpose will show up,” Michael continued. “To witness the transformation of the students is outstanding, further kindling our desire to serve more people. Breaking down any disempowering barriers of racial, theological and financial restraints motivates us to inspire others.”
