TV Channel Targets Viewers Under 4 Years Old

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A new television channel is stretching the limits by offering programming for children as young as 6 months old, according to The Wall Street Journal.

A new channel called BabyFirstTV will be aiming programming at an audience as young as six months.

The television channel, BabyFirstTV, will be using programs focusing on educational topics, such as counting and colors, but will be intended for children under the age of four, which isn't common for many networks, The Wall Street Journal reported.
