Interested in all matters of education policy and progressive instruction, Joe strives to support child-centered educational programming while maintaining a strong and healthy fiscal bottom line. A former history teacher, assistant principal and principal, Joe loves to stay involved with the community and is a proud Rotarian as well as an active participant in municipal and county government.     ELMSFORD, N.Y. — The Food Bank for Westchester Mobile Pantry distribution is today from 4 to 5 p.m. at Alexander Hamilton High School parking lot, Elmsford.Those receiving food must be have a box, cart, or re-usable bags and be present to pick up food.
