Ronnie Harris Jr., 38, Janay Barksdale, 33, and Morgan Reed, 40 have all been arrested in connection to the murder of 31-year-old James Moore. Both Barksdale and Reed are repeat offenders and Harris is a repeat violent offender.

Police were called to the unit block of Morris Road for a reported shooting shortly before 2 a.m. on January 31, 2022. Upon arrival, officers found Moore had died after suffering from multiple gunshots.

Harris was charged with first degree murder while Barksdale and Reed are both facing multiple charges including accessory after the fact to first- and second-degree murder, retaliation and witness intimidation. Police did not release any other information.

Editor's Note: A previous version of the story had the wrong James Moore as a victim. That information has since been corrected.
