The family event is scheduled for 11 a.m., Oct. 27, at the Greenburgh Nature Center, according to a news release. Residents are invited to "follow friendly scarecrows along our pumpkin trail and meet storybook characters along the way who perform entertaining skits," according to the release.
Kids are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy cider and treats, tattoos and more, according to the release.
The fee if pre-registered by Oct. 26 for members is $4 and $7 for non-members. The fee on Oct. 27 for members is $6 and 9 for non-members.
The Scarecrows & Pumpkins Parade is sponsored by California Pizza Kitchen, Con Edison, Dilmaghani Company, Green Mountain Energy, Gymboree, Happy Family Brands, Jake's Wayback Burgers, Macaroni Kid, NorthEast Alliance Federal Credit Union, SavATree, Scarsdale Park Mall Stores, ShopRite, Snip-Its Scarsdale, TD Bank, UCC-NY (Upper Cervical Chiropractic of New York), Venture Portraits, WFAS, Whole Foods Market Westchester, Greenburgh Parks & Recreation, Town of Greenburgh, and Westchester County Parks, according to the release.
