Zumba Gold is a dance-fitness class that is friendly and fun. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of active older participants. What stays the same are all the elements for which the Zumba Fitness party is known -- zesty Latin and international music, including rock n roll, cha-cha, salsa, meringue, the exhilarating, easy to follow moves and the invigorating party-like atmosphere.
