HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The village Recreation Department invites Hastings senior citizens to a winter luncheon and party where residents can listen and dance to the oldies on Friday, Jan. 16, from 12:30-2:45 p.m. at the James Harmon Community Center.
