Police were called to a house near Schoffers Road and Route 562 around 2 p.m. after a man called EMS and threatened authorities, according to WFMZ and the Exeter Police Department.
This prompted a shelter-in-place order, which was in effect until 5:10 p.m. when the incident was resolved peacefully, police said.
