The program, called Taste Me, Do Good, will give customers year-round access to seasonal and organic produce. The company relies on “model best practice” farms in Latin America and throughout the United States and works with associated farmers, cooperatives and rural workers, according to Inserra.

“The program perfectly aligns with our family and company values of providing healthy and nutritious foods to people, giving back to the community, being committed to environmental sustainability, and taking care of the farmworkers who do the hard work of producing the foods we enjoy,” said Carl Inserra Jr.

The Taste Me, Do Good products will be available in Inserra’s ShopRite stores in Emerson, Fair Lawn, Hackensack, Hillsdale, Lodi, Lyndhurst, New Milford, Palisades Park, Ramsey, Wallington, Wayne and West Milford.
