The event will be at 7:30 p.m. at JCC on the Hudson, 371 S. Broadway, Tarrytown. Guest speaker Howard Stoffer, an expert on national security, focusing on U.S. policies in the Middle East, will discuss "Israel and Threats from the Neighborhood."
A senior foreign service officer from 1980 to 2005, Stoffer also worked for seven years as the deputy executive director specializing in counterterrorism for the United Nations Security Council.
