David Bromberg Big Band: 8 p.m. Hometown hero David Bromberg returns with blues, country and rock' n' roll. Tarrytown Music Hall, 13 Main St., Tarrytown.

Horseman's Hollow: 7 p.m. Walk the haunted trail of the Headless Horseman's town. Philipsburg Manor, 381 N. Broadway, Sleepy Hollow

Saturday, Oct. 20

Hartsdale Halloween Window Painting Contest: 9 a.m. to noon. A contest for kids 5 to 12 to paint ghosts and goblins on the town's businesses. Hartsdale Village.

Spooktoberfest: 1 to 4 p.m. Kids can take part in activities, food and fun at this festival. Hart's Brook Park and Preserve. 156 Ridge Road, Hartsdale.

Stone Barns Farmers Market: 1 to 4 p.m. The Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture hosts a farmers market. 630 Bedford Road, Pocantico Hills.
