Today Show 'Puppy With Purpose' Will Train At Guiding Eyes In Westchester

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – NBC’s TODAY Show introduced a new addition to their group today: a 10-week-old Yellow Labrador Retriever who will be trained as a guide dog for a blind or visually impaired person.

The TODAY Show has teamed up with Guiding Eyes for the Blind and introduced their "Puppy With Purpose" today.

The “Puppy With Purpose” will live in Yorktown Heights near Guiding Eyes for the Blind, which will provide training according to the report.

The dog originally came from Guiding Eyes' Canine Development Program in Patterson, New York.
