DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Charles H. Noe, a lifelong resident of Dobbs Ferry, died May 20. He was 62.
Born in Dobbs Ferry, he was the son of Andrew and Doris Noe. He married Annette Scaperrotta on Aug. 10, 1980, at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Dobbs Ferry. Noe was employed by the town of Greenburgh as an assistant foreman at the water and sewer plant.
He is survived by his wife Annette; a daughter, Courtney; and a son, Craig.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home in Dobbs Ferry. A service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery
