Sophie, a domesticated African Grey parrot, was lost or taken on North Central Avenue, just a few blocks south of the County Center in White Plains, Sept. 27.
She is two-and-a-half years old, tame and exceptionally sweet, and she has a large vocabulary. She is a docile bird, although her owner, Diane, says she can get feisty at times.
Diane is posting a handsome reward for Sophies safe return.
