During the past few weeks Russel, a student at the University of Delaware, interviewed Greenburgh residents at different locations.
Earlier this winter Kogan produced another video titled "Happy Greenburgh" to the tune of Pharrell Williams' hit song "Happy."
If younger residents would like to learn about government this summer, the town is planning some projects for students to work on.
One of the featured projects for the summer of 2015 will be working with the Greenburgh Nature Center, promoting organic recycling.
The Town Board discussed having the Nature Center oversee a source separation program of trash, recyclables and organic food waste at Town Hall, the Theodore Young Community Center and Anthony Veteran pool.
Recently, WCBS radio featured a school lunch recycling program initiated by Anna Giordano. School lunch recycling has been working with school districts (including Hastings), teaching children the importance of source separation.
If all Greenburgh residents separated trash and recyclables, garbage within the town could be reduced by as much as 30 percent.
