HARTSDALE, N.Y. – Libby Terrington of Hartsdale died May 24. She was 91. 

Born in Waterbury, Conn., Terrington was the daughter of Joseph and Justina Zydiak.  She married Harold Terrington on Christmas Day in 1942. He predeceased her in 2004. 

Terrington is survived by a daughter, Stacey (Brian) Nealis; and a daughter-in-law, Nancy Allison. She was predeceased by a daughter, Andrea, in 1971; and a son, Drew, in 1994. 

Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home in Dobbs Ferry. A funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A committal service will take place at Ferncliff Cemetery at 10 a.m. Thursday. Those wishing to follow the procession to the cemetery may arrive at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Thursday.
