PELHAM, N.Y. Several accidents and disabled vehicles slowed traffic on Westchester County roads on Tuesday afternoon, including two accidents on Interstate 95 near New Rochelle.
The first occurred at 2:24 p.m. on I-95 southbound at exit 16, North Avenue, according to the New York State Thruway Authority.
The second accident took place on I-95 southbound between exit 14, Hutchinson River Parkway South, and Exit 15, New Rochelle, at 2:59 p.m.
An accident with property damage on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound near North Street and NY 127 in Harrison has blocked the right shoulder, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
A disabled vehicle on the Sprain Brook Parkway southbound just south of Dobbs Ferry Road and NY 100B in Greenburgh has blocked the right shoulder.
