The attempted abduction, captured on surveillance cameras and witnessed by two others, occurred on the westbound side of Tarrytown Road, near Manhattan Avenue, News12HV.com said.

Police say the man tried to force the young woman into his car, but the two witnesses said they intervened to help when the woman fought back, reported News12HV.com.
