Andrus Care Honors Hastings Volunteer Firefighters

HASTINGS, N.Y. -- Andrus on Hudson is hosting a barbecue in honor of the dedicated Hastings-on-Hudson Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Department from 3-6 p.m. Sept. 8 on the North Lawn and Patio at Andrus.

The Hastings Fire Department will be honored at a barbecue hosted by Andrus on Hudson.

Tickets can be purchased for $20 at the Andrus on Hudson reception desk or by mailing a $20 check made out to J.E.A.M., Inc. (John E. Andrus Memorial) to Judi Knispel at Andrus on Hudson.

Hastings-on-Hudson Mayor Peter Swiderski will be presenting a proclamation of recognition and gratitude to the fire department at the barbecue. Members of the Hastings Board of Trustees and Westchester County Legislator Mary Jane Shimsky also are scheduled to attend.
