"The Boy Scouts provide youth with opportunities they never thought were available to them. It teaches them the importance of helping others, it builds self-confidence and it develops a strong moral and ethical foundation. A confidence and moral foundation that helps develop these young men into the leaders of tomorrow," Astorino said.
