Cops Fear Mother Of Dead Elmsford Baby May Also Be Victim

ELMSFORD, N.Y. -- Police officials investigating the death of a baby boy found in a recycling plant in Elmsford are now raising the possibility that the mother is also a victim, according to NBC New York.

Since nobody has shown up claiming to be the mother of "Baby Angel," Spring Valley Police Chief Paul Modica has suggested that the mother is a victim herself, NBC New York reported. 

Police are offering a $5,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case, NBC New York said.
