Developer Brings Presentations On Greenburgh Assisted Living Development

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Capitol Senior Housing will be making two presentations on its proposed 115-bed assisted living facility on Thursday, Aug. 4.

CSH will make its presentation both before the Town Board, at a work session at 9:45 a.m., and to interested residents from 6-7 p.m.

The proposed three-story, 105,000-square-foot facility is at the former Frank's Nursery, at 715 Dobbs Ferry Rd. The proposal includes the special permit for the assisted living facility, site plan, wetland/watercourse and tree removal, demolition of current buildings, and new facility construction.
