Elmsford I-287 Exit to Be Closed Saturday Morning

ELMSFORD, N.Y. – Saturday morning travelers may have to find a new route into Elmsford.

The eastbound I-287 ramp, exit three to the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway, will be closed Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., according to the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT).

Travelers are encouraged to follow the posted detour while the maintenance work takes place.

The DOT also reminds motorists to use caution when driving through a work area and that fines are doubled if caught speeding through the zone.
