Elmsford Pharmacy Company Pays $15 Million In Settlement
GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- An Elmsford pharmacy management company, BioScrip, will pay $15 million in a settlement after claims it wrote excessive prescriptions in return for kickbacks from the pharmaceutical giant Novartis, according to LoHud.com.
