GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- A federal lawsuit filed by the parents of Greenburgh's Lauren Spierer against two Indiana University students has been dismissed, according to indystar.com.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt dismissed the suit filed by Robert and Charlene Spierer that alleged Corey Rossman and Jason Rosenbaum gave Lauren Spierer alcohol hours before she went missing knowing that she was heavily intoxicated, indystar.com reported.
