Fire Reportedly Damages Stores At Cross County Mall

YONKERS, N.Y. -- An insulation fire Wednesday night at the Cross County Mall damaged two stores, according to Westchester News 12.

Employees at American Eagle Outfitters called the Yonkers Fire Department after smelling smoke. Crews responded and discovered the fire in the roof insulation of the adjacent storefront that is under renovations, according to Westchester News 12.

Fire officials said both stores sustained moderate smoke and water damage, according to Westchester News 12.
