Urstadt Biddle Properties wants to add new buildings to the center and renovate the parking lot – and the order of construction is at the center of the debate, according to the report.

The town wants the renovations made to the parking lot first, but Urstadt says the parking lot improvements can’t be made until the estimated cost of $1.5 to $2 million is offset by the creation of at least one building, according to lohud.
