• A routine traffic stop by Greenburgh Police led to the arrest of the driver as a suspect in an Edgemont break-in.

• A dangerous intersection at Jackson Avenue and North Sprain Road near Sprain Ridge Park will be improved with the acquisition of property for a road safety project.

• "The Moving Wall," a replica of the Washington, D.C., Vietnam Veterans Memorial, will make its only metro-area stop next week when it is exhibited at Zinsser Park in Hastings-on-Hudson from July 4 to July 7.
