Greenburgh Gets Grant For Healthy Marriages Program

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The federal government has issued a $10 million grant to Yonkers to promote a healthy marriage program, according to a report in lohud.com.

The five-year program is designed to target nearly 500 young adults and at-risk youths in Yonkers, Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle and Tuckahoe, lohud reported. 

The aim of the program is to "improve financial stability, parenting skills, conflict resolution and career ambition," according to lohud.
