GREENBURGH, N.Y. The Greenburgh Police Department made a drug arrest for marijuana possession at the Woodland Hills Condominium Complex.
On Dec. 17, Police Officer John DiStefano arrested a 31-year-old town resident on Woodland Hills Road with 19 bags of marijuana. Police reported that DiStefano had responded to a call that two men were allegedly selling drugs near the Woodland Hills complex. DiStefano conducted an investigative stop after seeing two men standing near a Pontiac by the entrance to the condos police said.
The man was later released, and is due in court Friday.
Greenburgh police have recently received several complaints about alleged drug activity at or near the Woodland Hills condos.
