"We anticipate a big winter storm into Friday and the worst of it will be Thursday night," Feiner said. "To help our public works department clear the roads, please remove all vehicles from the roadway before you leave for leave for work in the morning."

Feiner said residents had responded to his request for more "snow angel" volunteers to assist neighbors who may be snowed in.

"If the snow storm is bad, I probably will receive more calls for snow angels," Feinr said. "If you are able to help someone in your neighborhood clear snow from their walkway/driveway, please advise. If I receive calls from senior citizens/disabled residents I'll try to match up volunteers and those needing the service."

Those interested is helping may email Feiner at pfeiner@greenburghny.com.
