GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Senior citizens will receive a course in computer skills when the Greenburgh Parks and Recreation Department and Greenburgh Library offer three free basic skill sessions in May.
The computer class, which will be held at the Multipurpose Center at Anthony Veteran Park on May 15, 22 and 29 from 1-2:30 p.m., will include basic computer inquires and instruction on E-Book, iPad, Kindle and Nook.
Greenburgh Librarian Kate Colquitt will answer questions on the usage of a computer, basic search skills, word and publisher skills. A review of iPad, Kindle and Nook usage for borrowing e-books and audio will also be addressed.
Participants are required to bring their personal devices and may offer subjects they wish to cover.
