Located across from the soon-to-be developed Rivertowns Square complex and the Saw Mill River Parkway, the meeting will discuss the impacts, both pro and con that the proposed apartments would have on the area.

Beginning at 7:30 p.m., the meeting will also be streamed live on the internet at www.greenburghny.com and televised on Cablevision channel 75 and Verizon channel 35.

The purpose of the meeting is not to decide whether they are going to approve or reject the application, but to determine what issues need to be studied including its environmental impact, traffic, transportation, providing more affordable housing, schools and many other factors.

Residents are invited to attend. Town Hall is at 177 Hillside Ave.
