The proposed complex would be 272 apartments on Lawrence Street, across from Rivertowns Square and near downtown Ardsley.
Residents who speak for a minute or less will have the first opportunity to speak. Those who want to speak for five minutes will be called after. Everyone gets a second chance to speak after everyone is called.
