Hey, Greenburgh, did you know...
A scene from the 2010 comedy was shot in the hamlet of Hartsdale at the Hartsdale Plaza on Central Avenue. The end unit, now home to restaurant "Hurricane: Grill and Wings," was blown up in a large, fiery explosion that caused Ferrell and Wahlberg to be thrown to the ground in pain, spewing a long-winded rant about the Hollywood film industry.
While most of the film was shot in Manhattan, Greenburgh residents can claim that one of the film's most popular scenes was filmed in their area. If you haven't seen the film, the explosion is shown at the end of the trailer .
