An Elmsford resident reported to the Lost PETS of Westchester County organization that she had found a cat in her backyard near Knollwood Road on May 26.
The cat was described as an intact male with orange and white markings. The woman said it has been very social and friendly and appeared to be someone’s pet due to its sociable demeanor.
As of Tuesday, June 20, the cat was still around.
