GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Lawyers representing the parents of a missing Greenburgh girl filed a motion to prevent private information that may be included in court documents from being released to the public, according to the Indianapolis Star.

The parents of Lauren Spierer are suing two men who were last seen with their daughter in Bloomington, Ind. on the night she went missing in 2011, the Indianapolis Star reported.

The motion filed says the release of certain information would be harmful to parties directly and indirectly connected to the case. It also requests that all sensitive information be destroyed within 30 days of the trial's conclusion, according to the Indianapolis Star.
