The judge dismissed the suit against Michael Beth, stating he wasn't liable for Spierer's disappearance. Beth reportedly took Spierer to one of the other defendant's apartment, but never gave her any alcohol, LoHud.com reported.
Spierer's parents filed the suit against Beth and the two other men alleging that they owed their daughter a "duty of care" on the night she went missing in Bloomington, Ind. U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt is still weighing what to do with the other two lawsuits, according to LoHud.com.
