Man, 58, Charged With DWI In Route 35 Stop

Neil P. Regan, 58, was pulled over for allegedly crossing hazardous pavement markings and was suspected of being intoxicated upon further investigation, police said.

Regan provided a breathalyzer sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .21 percent. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Oct. 27, police said.
