GREENBURGH, N.Y., -- Greenburgh, Elmsford and Edgemont reporter Luis Garcia is holding weekly office hours from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the ground floor of the Greenburgh Public Library on 300 Tarrytown Rd.
Luis will be there to listen to your suggestions and feedback. What are the community issues you think we should address? What's your opinion on stories we've already written?
