GREENBURGH, N.Y. Greenburgh, Elmsford and Edgemont reporter Luis Garcia is holding weekly office hours from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Greenburgh Public Library.
Garcia will be on the first floor of the library, located at 300 Tarrytown Rd.
