GREENBURGH, N.Y.-- The Westchester County Mobile Shredder will stop in Greenburgh on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. so that residents can safely dispose of personal papers and documents.
The shredder will be at 177 Hillside Ave.
The county uses the mobile shredder to help residents keep their credit history and identity safe as well as to help promote recycling.
Residents are allowed to bring up to four file boxes worth of documents with them.
Service is first-come, first-served. If the truck should reach maximum capacity, an early closure is possible.
