Mobile Shredder Coming to Greenburgh Saturday

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Westchester County's Mobile Shredder is making a stop in Greenburgh Saturday.

The van will be available to residents at Greenburgh Town Hall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to destroy unwanted personal papers and documents with personal identifying information. Each resident may bring a maximum of four file boxes. No bound or hardcover books are allowed.

Paper generated by businesses, schools, institutions, government or municipal offices also will not be accepted. County staff will inspect all paper to be shredded and will reject any material identified as commercial or institutional.
