Mother Of Edgemont's Lauren Spierer Still Hopes For, Seeks Justice

EDGEMONT, N.Y. -- Lauren Spierer's mother, Charlene, still believes justice will be served for her daughter five years after the Edgemont High School graduate disappeared, according to lohud.com.

The 20-year-old Edgemont native had just finished her sophomore year at Indiana University when she went missing. Charlene Spierer said she and her family are thankful for investigators' continued efforts though no arrests have been made in the case since June 3, 2011 when she disappeared, according to lohud.com.

Spierer's family has worked with authorities and private investigators over the years to solve the mystery and Bloomington police have pursued more than 3,500 tips.
