WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Two years after the last traffic light was blown down by wind on Main Street in White Plains, a new, permanent traffic signal has been erected.
Crews continued to work at the site of a new, permanent traffic light on Main Street in White Plains this week.

A temporary signal pole had been operating in the meantime.
