The Daily Greenburgh has only been in existence for just under seven months, but a lot of news has passed since June 1. We are now asking our readers to nominate the best stories of 2011.
We are happy to have dedicated readers who have sent us story ideas, talked to us about existing articles, and commented on the site or on Facebook. Through this communication, the site has been able to better reflect the community.
Now it is up to the readers to nominate their favorite stories that have appeared on The Daily Greenburgh since its inception. Was your favorite story about a summer program? Did a profile on a neighbor make you view them in a new light? Did a police story make you think? Where were you during Hurricane Irene or October's snow storm? Is the budget currently getting you riled up? Was the Valhalla School District case a big deal to you? Were the elections interesting to follow?
