The latest incident was reported Feb. 13 at 3:30 p.m. by a female at 175 Juniper Road, who said the burglary occurred between 11 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.

In both cases, police canvassed the neighborhood and conducted interviews. Detectives also did follow-up investigations.
