GREENBURGH, N.Y. - School district and village budgets are set for the coming year and the villages in the Rivertowns and Greenburgh are slowing down for the summer season. But there are ongoing projects and other issues facing the communities.

The Walgreens building project in Dobbs Ferry is nearing completion, zoning and building boards are working on the proposed Rivertowns Square in Dobbs Ferry and Ardsley, Hastings is pondering its waterfront development, a new athletic complex and birth control for deer. In Greenburgh, the town is working to sell the Frank's Nursery property on Dobbs Ferry Road, leasing the Westhab property for affordable housing and a fall election for Town Supervisor that is already heating up.
